These terms apply when you visit hosvarin.com or buy from us. Please read them before you place an order. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Fast Line Logistics Company Limited, trading as Hosvarin, Flat/Rm 12B, 16/F, BEA Tower of Millennium City 5, 418 Kwun Tong Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Fast Line Logistics Company Limited. You can reach us at info@hosvarin.com.

2. Using this website

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree not to use this website for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.

3. Products and descriptions

We sell speckled enamel tableware and serveware. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative, sizes are approximate, speckle patterns vary from piece to piece, and colours can vary slightly between screens. Please follow the care advice in the product description and the Size & Care Guide. Our products are made for us by established manufacturers. We do not own those factories.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and can change at any time before you place an order. Shipping is charged at one flat rate per order and is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken in full when you place your order, through the payment methods shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes charged by your country are not included and are your responsibility.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

You can ask to return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. The conditions and the process are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Hosvarin name, and the text, photographs and design on this website, belong to Fast Line Logistics Company Limited or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them without our written consent.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you, or our liability where it cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
